The Ion Glow Tone speaker packs some major sound. I have had a lot of Bluetooth speakers but this one is unlike others. At just half volume, this speaker fills my house with sound. It being at full volume is too much for indoors and the sound quality does not decrease with increased volume. The idea that you can buy a second speaker and sync them to each other is crazy. With the combination of the built in radio, we used this speaker for an outdoor football party. The app has lots of functions. The app is a must have to operate the speaker as it makes it easier. I do wish you could turn the speaker on with the app. You can use the app to change the lights and colors. I plan on buying a microphone to use this speaker for karaoke for kids parties. The only downside about this speaker is the weight. It’s a bit heavier than other speakers we have owned. Otherwise I definitely recommend this speaker.

I've found my go-to speaker! Geez where do I begin? I wish I would have done an unboxing vid. This thing is a decent size and the box it arrived in was fairly large and packed securely to avoid damage on arrival. The sound quality is out of this world! I listen to many different genres and this hasn't disappointed yet. I haven't tried the radio feature since I don't even use the radio in my pickup, but it's nice to know it has that feature if I ever wanted to use it. The owner's manual provides a QR code that leads to a more in-depth manual and an opportunity to download the app. The app is designed for the speaker from the OEM and provides features to turn the display lights on/off, switch the EQ settings, and visually see how much battery power remains. The covered panel on the back gives access to the power connector for charging. Also included are a 1/4" mic in jack, USB-A port, and Aux in connectors. I work at home and use my music to better focus on my work. This has easily replaced my old wireless speakers. The best part is, it has wireless stereo-link so two of these bad boys can easily be connected. I only have one gripe about this speaker... and that gripe (which really isn't a bad thing) is the gnawing temptation to buy an additional one for an even more immersive sound. I just have to come up with a convincing enough "reason why" so I can sell the story to my wife. Wish me luck, and may she not see this review.

Wow! I have always been a Bose fan, but this Ion speaker is making me rethink my allegiance! This speaker is huge and packed with so many different features. You can use its Bluetooth portability. It has an FM radio and a microphone jack, as well. I've already downloaded the app so I can adjust the sound and light features. I don't see how anyone could be disappointed in the purchase of this speaker!

A very good investment at the given Sale Price so, I purchased Two.

I had to return it, it would not charge. But the sound was great and the Bluetooth connected easily. A little heavy to carry.

I've been listening to half the music available to me until now, This Speaker is Awesomeness! I can't believe I lived without this for the past 6 years. I live in the desert and am in the pool everyday, weather permitting. I have bought 3 outdoor speakers in the past 6 years and paid a fortune for them. I can't believe I finally found this speaker. It's more than I could ever ask for, The sound is off the Rock. Thankfully my old speaker died. I paid more for it then what it was worth, I'm just happy I finally found an Awesome replacement Speaker. I'm so freaking overjoyed with this purchase. I can't believe I hesitated to buy this. It's tha bomb! It makes the music sound so good. I'm ecstatic. ION has a customer for life! ♥️

This speaker is everything that the reviews say it is! The sound quality is outstanding, and the app also lets you boost it the way you want it as well. I had a H/K which was a 399.00 speaker and it finally died after 8 years but the volume/sound on this ion is way better! And for for the price you get what you pay for and more!

Bought this a week before heading to the beach since my only other Bluetooth speaker doesn’t have the thump or battery life that this one does. So far it’s worked great and I pretty much bought it solely for beach trips and pool days. Really solid!

My family is absolutely in love with this speaker! I didn't realize how big it was until it arrived. This speaker awesome!! After a few minutes of learning the buttons, we checked out the numerous light functions-all very cool and am obsessed! We downloaded the app and while it's neat to change the lights in different ways, we decided not to use the app after this use to have one less app on our phones. We then proceeded to have karaoke for the next 2 hours! This speaker is as loud and fantastic hearing as our sound bar and subwoofer but much less bulky. Love that you can charge the speaker and take it anywhere. Kids suggested we take it camping. If I HAD to pick one complaint, it would be that the front is cloth. Not sure over time how that will hold up or stay clean but I surely would still buy this powerhouse speaker.
