I actually returned this product because i use a different brand recommended by our septic tank technicians.

Comes up short 4 doses not 5. Just loose powder in box. should have 5 bags in a box. Over inflated Sam's Club price.

When i recieved my package, the ridx was spilled out everywhere. It was sprinkling out of the box everything was packaged in as well. I also had dawn dish soap in my order (best purchase ever) that had the ridx stuck on the tape that held the lid down. I probably lost at least a good cup or so just in the box. I WONT be ordering ridx or anything else like that from sams. Both orders i have received from sams were by far unsatisfactory.

Actually a little upset.

I thought it would have five measured doses or packages but it is just one big box.It has marks on the outside of the cardboard box for how much to use but no way to see the product to determine where it is in the box.  I have never used it before but I will assume it does what it says, because no way to know for sure.
