The box was shipped with unsealed box tops ...and therefore the product leaked into the shipping container/box ... contaminating the other goods.

Rid-X is a good product I've used many times in the past. It works well to help break up solid waste in a septic system. Good preventative medicine.

In my humble opinion, everyone with a septic tank should use RidX. We've used it for many years. We've always tried to use it on a monthly basis.
