I love that they have wings, I only by pads with wings. I like feeling extra confident that they won't move around and cause issues. The only con to me is that they are a bit long, but I only use them at night, so hasn't been a huge issue for me.

I wear them during the day and the night. They are very absorbent and comfortable. I don't recall ever having any issues with leaks. The wings add an extra layer of protection that is much needed.

THESE ARE AMAZING. No more stained underwear and no more feeling the need to go to the bathroom every 15 minutes. I appreciate that Always Ultra Thins now come in expanded sizing. These size 5 are the largest size, which provides extra coverage at night and on heavy days. Sometimes the regular overnight seem not big enough and these are wider and longer. I don't like products with fragrance especially in pads so I like that these are unscented. The wings give nice side protection and also prevent shifting. They don't make a lot of noise and are thin enough to feel comfortable even though they are made for heavier flow. Even though they are disposable, they are convenient and prevent having to do extra laundry due to leaks when sleeping. They really seem to hold a lot and can last all night.

These pads are perfect for me! They don't leak during the night so I stay dry and comfortable. They stay in place very well and don't bunch up even if I toss and turn. I highly recommend these!
