I don't know how long they have been around, but I remember using a conditioner in the 90s in my grandparents shower, after swimming all day with my friends. It's a good conditioner, is it life changing, no, but the scent is so nostalgic I can't thing of any other scents from hair products that do that. I really thought I was so cool when I was younger and people could smell my hair and be like oh do you use Herbal Essences? It's a good conditioner, it softens the hair and makes it less tangled. It rinses out well, and doesn't take a long time to rinse. The packaging is also nostalgic, it looks similar enough to what I remember. I love when something reminds me of my childhood. So I will always have a special place in my heart for Herbal Essences

Rinses amazing and leaving your hair soft and smooth! Best value out there and it's comparable to the shampoo but you can always mix and match sense to add the extra boost!
