It does not tangle hair and makes hair frizz free so I can manage hair and beautiful soft hair. The bottle is pretty and love the shade. It is paraben and silicone free and that is great for my hair.

It rinses out well and doesn't leave my hair feeling oily. I love the nostalgic, classic Herbal Essences smell as well. My son “borrowed” both the conditioner and the shampoo and only left me with a little bit to try, so it was a major it with him as well. The smell is so good that as soon as he came upstairs from using it, I could smell the scent and how fresh his hair was.
