The rose scent is not overwhelming and gives my hair a fresh, floral smell long after I'm done showering. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Herbal Essences Smooth Rose Hip Conditioner works great and smells amazing. It leaves hair with more volume and doesn't weigh it down. I had my son use it on my his hair as well as mine and he has very oil prone hair and it didn't make it more oily on his scalp and easier to brush after use. It gave his hair with beautiful texture on his wavy hair. It doesn't look too dry and feels so soft to the touch.

Creamy texture not runny , it's just right. Lathers well and you don't need a lot of it , a little goes a long way. Smells very well and rinses out nicely too.

It's a thick and creamy conditioner so it definitely does help with smoothing. It rinsed easily but it left my hair feeling weighed down. Only 24hrs later my hair was greasy again. My scalp was also irritated and itchy not long after washing. Not a good fit for me.
