[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Smooth Rose Hips conditioner from Herbal Essences really helped my hair. After using my hair was softer and had less frizz. I had fewer tangles, and my hair was overall easier to manage. It washes out easily and leaves a subtle scent of rose that isn't overwhelming.

You can use a little or a lot and go back in a second time & I've never seen a conditioner bottle that says you can go in twice, usually you don't need it! I thought all of that was really cool. My hair came out curly which usually only happens when I use the right, light/curly hair specific formula, conditioner. So I think this and another brand are my new favorites, I was stuck on cheap store brand shampoo and conditioner, now I might have to go for the name brands. I have fine wavy/slightly curly natural hair.

It has a great consistency that provides excellent slip making it great for detangling without leaving a greasy residue. It feels lightweight on the hair but still deeply hydrates. I also love that it didn't irritate my scalp or feel heavy. The scent is the best part, classic fresh rose fragrance that makes the shower feel like a spa. After drying, my hair was incredibly soft, manageable, and looked much smoother.

I took one star away due to the scent being a little intense when I first used it, but I loved the way it protected my hair and the (more subtle) scent seemed to last all day, which was great!

I love the rose hip scent and how smooth the conditioner leaves my hair after rinsing. The pink bottles definitely stand out amongst a crowd when looking for them, they can’t be missed! I felt like detangling my hair after my shower was so much easier after using the Herbal Essence conditioner. The only thing I can say is that my hair didn’t feel like it had as much fullness as it had in the past after cleaning. I still loved this and would go out of my way to buy it again.
