[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Herbal Essences Smooth Rose Hips Conditioner is a nice thick conditioner with a light rose scent. Nothing too overpowering but light and feminine. It goes on super smooth and distributed evenly throughout my hair and scalp. It was easy to run my fingers through my hair after applying. It definitely toned down any frizz and made my hair silky smooth. I did not notice any increased volume or anything to my hair but it did make it easy to brush and much more manageable! Overall it’s a great affordable product.
