[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent is amazing while lathering, but once hair is rinsed and dried, I can’t really smell anything. I was also expecting smooth hair, but had frizzy ends. It’s ok, but will not make the cut as my day to day shampoo & conditioner.

I love the creamy texture as it rinses out, leaving my hair feeling incredibly soft and smooth. It’s gentle on my scalp and offers amazing value for such a classic, reliable product. I have wavy to curly hair, and it does a great job of reducing frizz while keeping my hair soft and manageable. It rinses out easily without leaving any residue. I also appreciate the flip-top bottle, which makes it simple to control how much product I use, although I would love to see a pump option in the future for even more convenience.

Formulated with an infused blend of rose hips, Vitamin E, and jojoba extracts to help your hair for a soft, smooth look. And it absolutely helps with a natural shine. This duo is cruelty-free, silicone-free, mineral-oil free, color-safe, and pH-balanced. It's suitable for fine, flat, straight, colored, and oily hair.  There is a very subtle scent while using this duo. I get it more while in the shower, but I was able to still smell the scent on my hair until I washed it again. It's not overly floral or rose-y, which is good news. But I love how soft my hair feels and how shiny it looks after using. I noticed the conditioner does help with defrizzing. There was a difference if I only used the shampoo vs using both the shampoo and conditioner.

Since the shampoo is clear, it provided a deep, refreshing cleanse without stripping my hair. The conditioner offered amazing hydration soft, once dry. Honestly, the results were professional - felt like I had just stepped out of a salon.

It smells lightly floraly with a clean punch! I do not typically use conditioner on my scalp but I did use some on my scalp for a deep conditioning treatment once a week. It did not leave my hair greasy or oily thereafter.

It’s not manageable. I hear a soft and easy to brush through and it makes my hair shiny. I would definitely buy again I’ve always loved herbal essence.
