My hair felt the same after using. Not softer or anything. But hair does feel clean. Not sure if buy it. Maybe in a pinch. But I need shampoo for curly hair. My hair is wavy and gets frizzy easily , especially with the humidity here in Atlanta, and this conditioner helped make it softner,smoother, and easier to detangle

I immediately noticed how it made my hair, very brittle and extremely matted to brush through. The formula is obviously very cheap so you definitely get what you pay for. The only positive thing I have to say is the scent smells nice.
