[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Herbal Essences smooth rose hip conditioner is easy to dispense. It’s texture. It’s very nice. Makes my hair shiny and when I use this along with the shampoo, my hair feels hydrated and my scout feels clean. My only issue with this conditioner is that I have to be careful with how much I use and I cannot put it on my roots because it’s a little too heavy for my medium thin hair. But as long as I am, mindful of that, it works out great.
