Makes my hair feels softer while rinsing. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy . So it’s great for everyday use. It produces little to no foam. Which is normal for conditioners.

This conditioner is great at how it makes my hair look and feel - healthy, clean, full. It adds moisture without weighing it down which is priceless for my thin hair. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the ingredients. It's great that it's parabens free. But it's not methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylsophiazolinone free and they're no better. For this reason I might not be using it often.

Since the shampoo is clear, it provided a deep, refreshing cleanse without stripping my hair. The conditioner offered amazing hydration soft, once dry. Honestly, the results were professional - felt like I had just stepped out of a salon.

After just a few washes my hair felt softer. Not only does it works well but the packaging is gorgeous

Made it soft right away but the smell was very strong and stayed a long time. (Too long to be comfortable with). Detangled great!! The downside was the ingredients and what it did to my hair after such a short time. It got greasy much faster. Felt great after just washing and looked good to the eye. However only a few hours after it was greasy to the touch. When I looked at the ingredients some of them seemed harsh compared toto done stuff I use. It also just my hair feel heavier then normal. So the weight of it wasn’t great on my hair.

It doesn’t weigh my hair down leaving it nice and fluffy. It lathers up really well so much so that sometimes I feel like it isn’t necessary to do a second shampoo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this Herbal Essences conditioner was enjoyable. It was thinker thank most conditioners that I have used but melted into my strands quickly. I didn't agree with the directions of applying root to tips, I did the opposite and still was pleased with the outcome. It did add the moisture to my hair that it does desperately need from being color treated. I also do love the fragrance. It is a soft floral that isn't too strong nor synthetic smelling.
