[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Herbal Essences Smoothie Rose Hips Conditioner smelled very nice. It was easy to squirt out of the bottle and apply onto the ends of my hair. The consistency and texture were spot on. Thick and not really waxing feeling. It rinsed out nicely and my hair felt super soft and healthy. I feel like it had a great amount of smoothing power, as you see in my after photo, my hair is smooth and not frizzy. Also, there was no sticky residue left behind, and my hair did not feel coated at all. Though, my hair still maintained a decent amount of volume, which you usually don’t get with smoothing conditioners. My only gripe is that my red hair color did fade quite a bit after using just once. I recommend for smoothing and shine, but not for color treated hair.

The texture is creamy but lightweight, so I doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy or greasy. The scent is amazing a fresh floral rose fragrance that lasts for a long without being overpowering. It leaves my hair hydrated, shiny, and with less frizz. The bottle size lasts a good amount of time, and I think it offers great value for the price. Perfect if you want smooth, manageable hair with a lovely scent.
