[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hated the Herbal Essences Smooth Rose Hips Conditioner. It didn't really want to later much (as much as conditioners do anyway). Then it was really hard to wash it out of my hair and it was really hard to wash out. It took a lot of time and it still felt weighty on my hair. After drying it, my hair was still weighed down, the only volume I was able to get was from side parting it. I remember using HE in the past and the conditioner being much better than this.
