Now, as someone who has a severe gluten intolerance, I was super excited to find that these were being debuted at Sam's club. I have been on a hunt for a good gluten-free cracker in bulk for a long time now. nothing fancy, just something super simplistic with the ability to be versatile. amazing the things you miss when you have to go gluten free. so again, I had some reasonable expectations for these crackers. one of the main things being that I assumed That when the label said that they were salted crackers, they would be salted and nothing else. imagine to my surprise when I go to my local Sam's club and don't find these in stock. So I go the extra mile and have them shipped to me because I really wanted to give them a try. after a few days of shipping they finally arrived to me and still super excited. I take my first bite... only to find that they are not only salted but entirely well seasoned. This would be amazing.... if that's what I asked for and what was expected when I read the label. however, the label does not say well seasoned or generally seasoned. It says salt it. That's why I expected. Now this may not be a big deal to some people, but it is to me because the flavoring of garlic, onion and Etc seasonings is vastly different than a simple salting. Those seasonings don't go with everything. I was looking for a simple salted cracker that happens to be gluten free that had the ability to be versatile. That's not what I got. What I feel like I received is a garden vegetable inspired cracker. Which would be fine... if that's what I was looking for and that's what the label stated for me to have the expectation to reach it. I simply cannot scoop these crackers in a strawberry flavored cream cheese or whatever it is that I would like to do with my crackers. that being said, outside of the mislabeling and the misleading labeling, these are a solid cracker. cracker. The texture is one point and it has a nice density to it where you can stack them with cheese and assortments of meat, scoop them with your cream of choice or simply snack on them. I just wish they were in fact simply salted... not well seasoned. not wifa overly heavy "hint of garlic, salt and Etc." seasonings.. just salt.

They're okay, not as nutritious as one assumes, but a good gluten free cracker. a little too salty for my taste and I was kinda hoping for a almond taste in the cracker, but that's okay. At ±10 calories per cracker they're okay. Would be good for party trays and dips.
