I saw these and was eager to find a lower GL/GI cracker for dietary reasons, and was hoping it would have a more neutral flavor being titled “with sea salt”. Instead, it smacks you in the mouth with garlic, (which isn't bad) but obviously unexpected. I was expecting something akin to a nutty, salty saltine with the thickness of something like a pita chip. Something plain to snack on when nauseated or pair with a variety of spreads or toppings. It has the seasoning of a good snack cracker, but isn't as versatile as I was hoping for as I wanted to pair it with more mild cheeses or sweet spreads. I was hoping for a milder, less flavored alternative to Mary's Gone Crackers, or Crunchmaster but it looks like I'll keep searching. I would love to see an actual Sea Salt almond flour cracker, or otherwise lower carb cracker. It is a great value and good gluten free option.

These are absolutely great. The flavor, the texture. You can eat them plain, with cheese or a dip.
