I usually drink the glacier in the regular size as well, but having the zero sugar will be very beneficial and will keep me feeling good knowing that I'm not drinking just sugar drinks. The sweetness is milder than in diet soda. There is an aftertaste but it's not overwhelming. It does contain electrolytes to replace the ones you lose while you sweat or if you're like me find it difficult to stay hydrated during chemotherapy. Because of the small size the packets are easy to carry anywhere and mix very quickly in water bottles. Overall I'd say this is a solid 8.5/10
