It is a zero sugar product, great for some of the diabetics in my family. The flavor was great, it didn't dissolve completely but did a lot. This is a great summery flavor! Great for moms to carry in their purse and give a little flavor to their kids when it's hot out and they are running around to help quench their thirst!

It dissolved perfectly in a bottle of water and did not have any sign of a gritty taste but instead had a great Gatorade flavor. It was recommended to dissolve in a 20 ounce bottle and I only did a standard 16 ounces but the taste was still great.

When it comes to "zero" drinks they always have that slightly off taste as does this strawberry ice. Easy to make just mkx with water and stir/shake well.
