I love drinking it after working out or being outside for an extended time. However, it's perfect for anytime! It really helps with drinking water. It gives you an alternative flavor. I like this option way better than soda or something with sugar.

It doesn’t have dyes in it and it’s sugar free so it’s not going to make you crash. It dissolves well in cold water without any clumps grainy texture and no clumps!

You can shake it in a bottle with a closed lid and it does the exact same thing. It taste just the same as if you bought it in a store. Definitely going to be using for when I’m at the gym.
