They fully and quickly dissolve in my water bottle. Although I wasn't a fan of the lemon-lime flavor, it has a sour aftertaste that left my mouth feeling dry. I love the other Gatorade Zero flavors, this one just wasn't for me. I'll probably try another flavor because I do love all the benefits these drink packets contain.

It’s not overpowering at all, but a nice subtle strawberry flavor like drink a still water version of a La Croix. It’s not artificial tasting at all. It keeps me hydrated with zero sugar and added electrolytes. The small powder packets are easy to pack on the go or for travel.
