I like that it retains heat and cooks evenly. Easy to clean. But too heavy so I don't use it as often as I'd like. But much easier to maintain but very multiuser.

We used this for preparing steaks on our grill for 6 people, specific recipe called for iron skillet.

I am a huge fan of the lodge cast iron products. I had not seen a griddle this big and had to have it.

Excellent Griddle! Love the high sides for cooking anything with some liquids. Completely non stick with proper heat control.

Even heating. Fits well on my center grill burner on stove. It does have a" new "taste in food until you use it a few times.

Nice large area flat grill with sides, good for burners or oven, quality product, pre-seasoned and not too porous.

We've used the griddle on the grill, stovetop, and oven. It's perfect for when you are cooking multiple food items or when you are prepping food for several people.

We had been wanting one of these for some time but couldn't find a good one. This is a good one for sure. Heavy and works very well.

All Lodge cast iron is of good quality but a bit overpriced considering they don’t come pre-finished. Cast iron isn’t non stick unless you buff the cooking surface smooth and Lodge doesn’t. But I have the means to, so I do it myself.

I love so much that it has some depth and handle. It is much easier to handle that other lodge griddles I purchased over the years and much easier to clean as I can hold on to something while cleaning:). I use it in the stove, on the stove, on the grill and outdoors anywhere. I season after every cooking and they never rust:). AWESOME! Thank you Sam’s Club for bringing these to me!!!
