Cooked bacon on my new pan a few days ago. It worked out great. Its large enough to cover two burners on the stove. I kept the heat low and continued to rotate my pieces until they were all cooked to perfection.

Product works as expected; had to season it a bit before use as it isn't as smooth as other cast iron products on the market but it also wasn't nearly as pricey.

We had been wanting one of these for some time but couldn't find a good one. This is a good one for sure. Heavy and works very well.

All Lodge cast iron is of good quality but a bit overpriced considering they don’t come pre-finished. Cast iron isn’t non stick unless you buff the cooking surface smooth and Lodge doesn’t. But I have the means to, so I do it myself.

We used it on grill while camping and it was the hit. Basically a must for camping on the campfire ring or on the top of the grill. We did eggs, bacon, meat, veggies. I cleaned it after but seasoned so it’s a little hassle with the whole process but I will try seasoning with famous brand seasoning paste in the jar so I won’t need to do that every time.

Love this cast iron “tray” - went back and bought 2 more for other people!

Nice large area flat grill with sides, good for burners or oven, quality product, pre-seasoned and not too porous.
