We love this cast iron griddle! It’s the perfect size for smashburgers! We’ve used it several times and are very happy with the griddle! It’s a perfect size and weight. It cleans up easily with a chain scrubber. Rub a little oil on the cooking surface and that’s it. Maybe we’ll make some buttermilk pancakes and bacon on the griddle this weekend. No regrets buying this griddle! You won’t regret it either!

I have been using on an old gas grill and it does great! I use it for Smash burgers, frying up smoked pork to crispy perfection, and bacon without the odor indoors. Let it get crazy hot at the end for easy cleaning.

Cooked bacon on my new pan a few days ago. It worked out great. Its large enough to cover two burners on the stove. I kept the heat low and continued to rotate my pieces until they were all cooked to perfection.

Great griddle for multi use. Has deep sides. Can be used for baking as well as flat top grilling or pan frying. Haven’t seen this style anywhere else. Works great on my stovetop. Cheesesteaks turn out great on this. Can put the whole roll down just like in the steak shops. Can’t wait to try a home made pizza in it!

This is a great flat grill. We put it right on the bbq grill to heat up. Cook our meats on it and save the bbq grill from the mess. Cleans up like new with a little scour pad.

Product works as expected; had to season it a bit before use as it isn’t as smooth as other cast iron products on the market but it also wasn’t nearly as pricey.

This is a well made cast iron griddle. It is the perfect size for the bridge burners on my induction stove. I bought it for stovetop use but have found myself using it quit often in my oven. The raised lip and size make it the ideal pan for roasting vegetables or meat in the oven. The griddle comes preseasoned which makes it easy to use right off the bat.
