This is a great flat grill. We put it right on the bbq grill to heat up. Cook our meats on it and save the bbq grill from the mess. Cleans up like new with a little scour pad.

Use it in the oven very often as well as a griddle on top of the stove. The raised handles make it easy to use in the oven and move on the stove top when needed. Just use your heavy pot holders or mitts!!

I like that it retains heat and cooks evenly. Easy to clean. But too heavy so I don't use it as often as I'd like. But much easier to maintain but very multiuser.
