My favorite was the kiwi strawberry and my least favorite was the grape. It mixes really well with the water without leaving any chunks. I liked using it during workouts and also after my workouts. The packages are easy to use and you can just throw them in your purse or gym bag. It is a great option for staying hydrated. I loved all the scents of the flavors except the grape but it may be because I am not into grape drinks that much. It is a great for staying hydrated with the options of great flavors. They are are light in flavor without being overly sweet. Also I felt energized for a while after drink it so the durability is great.

My kids also love it, and I know they’re staying hydrated without any of the colorful dyes that most sugary, hydration drinks have. It mixes up very well with only a few shakes! I was very surprised, first of all, when I realized that mixing it is very easy and will not leave any residue on the bottom of your cup/bottle. The taste and the aftertaste are actually very toasty. I love the mix of essential vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12, C & E. I will certainly buy it .

The flavor is great, but when I’m on the go I generally just grab a plastic water bottle and it would be nice to be able to just add a package of this to it and shake it up. (That’s what I ended up doing anyway, but then the flavor was a little too strong due to the water amount being slightly lower.)

Not only do they provide electrolytes, it also provides basic vitamins. The mango flavor is sweet but not overwhelming. Having POTS and issues with frequent lightheadedness, I always need to keep myself extra hydrated, so having these available in a small packet anywhere I go is a lifesaver! The packets are easy to open, yet at the same time they are durable and do not wear out after laying around in my purse or backpack for an extended period of time. Overall, I cannot recommend this enough for any athlete, student or even elderly who need to keep up with their hydration easily and conveniently.
