Not only do they provide electrolytes, it also provides basic vitamins. The mango flavor is sweet but not overwhelming. Having POTS and issues with frequent lightheadedness, I always need to keep myself extra hydrated, so having these available in a small packet anywhere I go is a lifesaver! The packets are easy to open, yet at the same time they are durable and do not wear out after laying around in my purse or backpack for an extended period of time. I also like that the drink is clear with no added dyes. It also includes electrolytes, which is a bonus. Unfortunately, the raspberry tastes very artificial and has a strong chemical raspberry aftertaste that I couldn’t get past.

It’s completely clear when mixed which is nice for on the go, because it won’t stain clothes/fabric etc. I like that it’s only 5 calories per packet. It doesn’t taste ‘diet’ either which is a huge plus. It is best mixed with room temp water, but I don’t like room temp drinks, so I added ice to mine & it made it even better in my option. It says to mix in 20oz of water which is a little inconvenient if you wanna use a regular 16oz bottle of water for on the go. It’s too concentrated if you only use 16oz , so i definitely would recommend the full 20oz. I like that it comes with 4 different flavors as it’s likely to please all of the family. My favorite flavors are berry & grape. The reason I’m giving this product 4 instead of 5 stars is because Sam’s Club sent me an expired bag; they did quickly resolve the issue so I’m not upset & it’s not like it’s going to hurt me, but I wanted to note that in my review to cover all the bases. All in all I would buy this again and again.
