This package is a good source of vitamin b and vitamin C and E so it's prefect before working out. Love that the fact that's it's zero sugar but does not sweeten with aspartame and no artificial colors. Would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this propel powder to add to water from Influenster and Propel in exchange for my honest review. I tried the mango flavor today in about 8 ounces of water since I read reviews that they weren’t that flavorful but it was actually too much for my and I added more water. It was tangy and very sweet to me at first. When I added more water it still had the tangy mango flavor without being too sweet. I drank it at work for some extra electrolytes. I don’t feel a difference in hydration from regular water but I know these in moderation are okay.

I love that the flavor isn’t too strong though grape is not my favorite. This gives me a boost of hydration and at only 5 calories, it’s a nice sweet treat with no guilt. It mixes very easily into my water and the single serving package makes it so convenient.

It take a little min for the powder to dissolve I don’t know if it’s because I put it in while the water is cold but other then that it’s really good but wish it was less sweeter.

I wish they didn’t taste so gritty but other than they were very refreshing and not too sweet. The strawberry kiwi did taste a bit like chemicals. I struggle to drink plain water so these help a lot and hey me to finish my water. One powder goes a long way and they were priced well. Thanks Influenster!
