It also mixes well without forming clumps so that was a game changer! It keeps me hydrated and so portable that I can carry it around in any purse or bag! This is a great option if you want something fruity to drink before or during a workout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Propel single serve powder in kiwi strawberry is a good source of electrolytes and vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12, C and E. It has no sugar and no added colors. I put it in a 16.9 fl oz bottle of water but it's recommended to be used in 20 fl oz. I couldn't tell what flavor it was and the flavor was very mild even in less than the recommended water amount. If you like things VERY lightly flavored this might be the flavor for you but this was not the one for me.

They think it’s awesome. The flavor is on point. You can’t tell by putting it in a cup what color it is or what kind you have, but it tells specifically on the packets which kind you’re drinking. They’re inexpensive and it’s so much better than soda pop

I enjoyed this flavor, it wasn't too sweet or too sour of a lemonade, it was just right! It mixed well and smelled great, as well as tasted delicious!

I often catch myself avoiding water & reaching for coffee or flavored energy drinks, but these help me avoid those and keep my hydration a high priority! I’ll add either one packet to a disposable water bottle, or two to one of my many reusable water bottles, and it is gone in no time! The packet dissolves so quickly with a few stirs or shakes, and you are set. There is a flavor that everyone loves in my household from this variety pack, so it will continue to be on my grocery list!
