It’s super convenient, especially when I’m on the go or need something more flavorful than plain water. The flavors are actually really good and not overly sweet, and I like that it has zero sugar while still helping me stay hydrated. The Kiwi Strawberry and Raspberry lemonade are definitely my favorites so far! It mixes easily in water and gives that refreshing sports drink taste without feeling heavy. Perfect for workouts, long days, or just getting more water in throughout the day!

However, it didn’t dissolve as easily as other kinds I’ve tried. Even after stirring it a lot, there were still particles floating around. After a lot out swirling as I drank, they finally dissolved. This is not a huge deal, but other brands are not this difficult to dissolve..

It reminds me of a regular lemonade drink with a little bit of raspberry, but not overwhelming very easy to put into a bottle I put in a 16 ounce bottle of water. It’s not too strong, but it definitely helps for electrolytes.
