Ridiculous!!!! I had 1 of each in my cart. I tried to pay for them for 10 minutes and I get getting a message pop up that said “sorry we are having technical issues, we're working on fixing it. Try again later.” I kept trying to pay and it said my cart was updated and my 2 items were gone. Y'all got to do better!!!!!

Great product. The low reviews are gripes that folks have with the online sale function, which is admittedly horrid. I myself struggled to even add these to my cart. I was forced to check out several as single items which added $8 in shipping fees to each order. They arrived safely and in great condition, absolutely amazing quality and quantity for the price if you do manage to checkout and avoid shipping fees. I recommend having other groceries in your cart that you already need when preparing to order pokemon cards to save on the $8 shipping fees.

Awesome product buying online is almost impossible last time I bought Pokemon at a drop I had to add to cart with safari then checkout with the app or maybe it was vice versa but 1 of them was giving an error for adding to cart the other was giving an error for paying. Luckily they just showed at my local club. There's no future date in the details like usual and it said online only so I just assumed I wouldn't be getting these then today buddy text me that there was Pokemon at Sam's and sent a photo. So if you missed out online might wanna check your club. Good luck.

how hard is it to at least have SOME form of bot protection, I know Walmart doesn't CARE, because y'all are making your money, but if you actually care about you consumers, you'll fix this ASAP, because Sam's and Wal-Marts online drops are complete JOKES. STOP LETTING BOTS TAKE THE MAJORITY OF YOUR INVENTORY.

Sam's Club does not have enough for all their members called their system over loaded drop lot of good people out their could even order and got on at 8pm as was told by their customer service sad that they don't have this product for all their member will not be shopping at Sam's Club again to do customer service laughed at me and did nothing to make this right and will not be able to get this product again Sams is a joke

i was refreshing over and over on top of trying to hit ship and there was never any of then at all. As soon as it hit twelve i added two white flares and hit checkout and continuously over and over saying your website was down next thing i know is they are all out of stock and it wasn't even 10:02pm cst. im not asking for anything, im just trying to point out flaws is all. im sorry if i offended ya

The same club in spring field has a rigged system. I don't know who or what is doing it but I see the same people with the same issues as I am having the same starts for pokemon cards and you try to buy them and it crashes. Yet after ten minutes of trying the product is gone. There is something shady about the Sam's in the Springfield area and someone from corporate needs to address it. I will not rest until this is fixed

This was the most unorganized promotion that I have ever seen Sam's do literally within two seconds. My Sam's account said that there were technical difficulties and wouldn't let me check out although I had two in my cart within three minutes. It told me that the items were unavailable and they were taken out of my car what's the point of being a plus member since 2012 if you're just going to get kicked out of the system within two minutes I even took a screenshot to show that they were in my cart at 11:04

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Sam's Club Plus member drop on March 17th at 11 PM EST. I logged in early, was ready, and the moment the items went live—nothing but error messages. After multiple attempts, I finally managed to add both available options (which were already limited), only to get hit with an “out of stock” message less than 10 seconds later during checkout. Seriously? This feels completely misleading. What's the point of advertising exclusive early access for Plus members if the system can't handle it or inventory is basically nonexistent? It comes off as a bait-and-switch rather than a real opportunity to purchase. Fix your website, fix your inventory transparency, and stop wasting your customers' time.
