Wood has a strong odor that will not go away

I have tried washing this board multiple times with multiple things- dish soap, dawn power wash, baking soda, the pink stuff. I can’t get the smell to go away. The odor coming off of this is so overwhelming, it gives you a headache and makes you feel nauseous. You can smell it through the entire kitchen and all over your hands and dish towel. It has a chemical/adhesive/burnt rubber smell.

Terrible smell that DOES NOT go away.

Bought this yesterday, got it home and unwrapped it and was immediately taken back by the horrible smell. I've washed it and let it sit out overnight, it still smells. I won't be using it for food with the awful smell it has.

No matter what you do, this cutting board smells terrible, a beautiful board, but the smell gives you a headache and stinks my house and car

Horrrrrrible smell, it's whatever oil they use to make the board nice and shiny. Idk if it's grape-seed oil or what holy crap it's awful
