I was definitely excited about this product looking at the ingredients though I’m not a huge fan that it has carrageenan as I do look at labels and things that have been shown to have links to cancer. I do wish that more carton protein drinks didn’t have that on their labels, but I will say this is a pretty great option for someone who’s already used to buying cartoon protein instead of powder and shaking it up themselves. This is a great high protein option so I give muscle milk that. As far as taste, it’s not my favorite, but most of these carton shakes taste about the same which I’m not a fan of. I’ve been drinking protein for 15 years and I’ve tried almost every type on the market so I definitely have my favorites. I would say this is not my favorite, but they are getting there and at least they don’t have a whole bunch of other sweeteners they use Stevia, which I’m OK with.

It has lots of protein and calcium. It smells and tastes chocolatey ish anyway. It’s a smooth drink. No clumps or anything. It has a traditional milk carton look with a twist off plastic lid. Overall, I like it.

It has a marked chocolate flavor, and it is very important to me that has no flavoring or artificial flavors. It has a liquid consistency but at the same time creamy and clean of impurities.
