It is actually a little watery, but in a good way. I can drink it plain, add it to my morning coffee for extra protein and flavor, or toss it in a bag for on the go. I love that it has 33 g of protein in such a small shelf stable container.

I'd give it a 2/10. Ice helped a little bit but I wouldn't give it more than a 3/10. It is nice and creamy however the after taste is terrible. Also it has more sugar than the ones I normally drink.

The taste is solid, not too chalky but you can tell the flavor is lacking due to the reduced sugar. You can always add this mix this easily but not required, I simply drink right from the container as the drink isn't heavy where you'd need to cut it with milk or some additive. Also, my kids enjoy it!

This was too much for me so the next time I tried it, I added some heavy cream which helped to calm the flavor down a bit. My son (25 yo) tried it, as well. He liked it straight from the container. He was really happy to try it out due do the high protein it contains. Fast and Easy to carry, store and bring along with just grab and go. After the first day trying it he really was not to happy with the aftertaste and actual taste of it ,he would prefer to just make his own protein shake from the powder jugs he usually gets more time consuming but better results.
