I froze one of them up, blended it, and added vanilla extract, and it tasted exactly like a rich chocolate milkshake. It's low in calories, a relatively enjoyable portion, and you can have it for breakfast, or even dessert! The only thing I didn't like, was the chunky top part of the packaging, it was clunky and hard to drink from.

My husband and I have been very protein focused lately but with two young kids, it's hard. Having these on hand has been amazing. Just last night I needed something quick and grabbed one on the way out to swim lessons. I otherwise would have skipped because I didn't have time to make a protein shake. The taste is solid, not too chalky but you can tell the flavor is lacking due to the reduced sugar. You can always add this mix this easily but not required, I simply drink right from the container as the drink isn't heavy where you'd need to cut it with milk or some additive. Also, my kids enjoy it!

It has no artificial flavors sweeteners or artificial colors, which is hard to find in protein shakes these days. It tastes good and is a small convenient size for on-the-go. I've had tens if not over 100 different types of protein (though most are made by the same companies) and I do know my proteins. Muscle milk is known for being tasty, and this is one definitely checks that box. I wouldn't mind drinking on a regular basis, as I definitely enjoyed it.

The containers are always a nice size and convenient to just grab and go. I think the only thing I wish was that it was lower in calories. It has a great amount of protein especially in comparison to other products, however for someone who is on a weight loss journey, I just wish it was a tad bit less.
