Easy way to get extra protein in during busy days or after being active all day with the dogs 💪🐶

However for what it is I think the taste is just OK, it is a bit water down tasting compared to fairlife, also the nutrition is a little lackluster in comparison to competitors, members mark protein shakes have 50 less calories for almost the same protein. Overall I think this shake is okay, but there are much better options in the market.

The flavor was a bit fake tasting. I’ve had better and I have had worse. I tried this on its own and poured over an espresso shot. The price isn’t bad, but again I have had better.

They are also great blended with PB2, half a banana, and ice or poured over coffee. One shake keeps me full for several hours.

They don’t hurt my stomach or make me feel nauseous. I drink before a workout for energy and recovery. The only plastic is the lid which is great since I’m trying to get away from plastic.
