It’s not too sweet and doesn’t have a horrible aftertaste like most of the other shakes I’ve tried. I love that it packs 33g of protein and uses ultra filtered milk, it’s become a great option after a workout or for breakfast on busy mornings! Keeps me feeling full for most of the day.. It is a bit thicker than others, maybe that’s why? I prefer it like that, feels more substantial. Just be sure to drink ice cold, the colder the better from my experience.
