If you mixed it into a smoothie or something like that it would probably taste alright but to just drink it plain it is super chalky and has a weird aftertaste.

So of course I'm going to go for one of these before the gym or before a labor intensive work day. They're shelf stable so they don't have to take up any fridge room. I'm keeping one in the fridge and replacing it as I go, just grab, shake, and drink. Only downside is that it's got that chalky taste that a lot of protein drinks have. But otherwise I like it.

It starts of tasting good but then leaves an artificial aftertaste that lingers after finishing the drink. I would recommend drinking them refrigerated, as they tasted better cold.
