I teach so having something small and simple to fill me up makes it very easy. It’s great on taste and not too sugary. It is smooth and not chalky. Easily packaged and can store easily with having shelf life. I run a lot and the amount of calories I burn is insane. I drink this usually after my long runs to have a quick fill in my stomach. Makes my recovery very smooth and not issues on the stomach I gave it a 4 with just a slight aftertaste once I was done drinking it.

I see that a lot of people are complaining about the new and improve version but it taste like chocolate milk to me. It's has 33g of high protein and it's really filling! I drink protein shakes daily, and this one surprised me. It’s more like a chocolate milk on steroids and has an impressively short ingredient list. It’s a little chalky tasting, but that’s expected with this much protein. I removed a star due to the fact that the stevia aftertaste and mouthfeel are noticeable to me, which I know is common with stevia, but it’s not my favorite. I really wish more brands would skip stevia, sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners and preservatives altogether. In a perfect world I’d like to see refillable packaging to reduce waste and make buying in bulk easier. On the practical side, it’s super portable; fits in a car cup holder, and is resealable without leakage. Since it’s premixed it just needs a quick shake and it’s much smoother to drink when served cold or on ice. Considering the price per bottle, it’s actually a better price than most high-protein shakes even though it still feels a little bit pricy compared to lower-protein options.
