I've tried it as is right out of the fridge, and also as a mix in to my coffee, and both have exceeded expectation. It smells just like chocolate milk, my kids were asking to try some. This will definitely be a household staple for us now for sure.

It literally tastes like a thinner chocolate milk, it's so yummy and refreshing. Drinking protein shakes is no longer a chore thanks to Muscle Milk Pro. It's super easy to take on the go too. They last a long time and don't need to be refrigerated! I absolutely love these.

I'm also happy to see that I actually get full off of this. It's definitely hit in protein sell it keeps me feeling full longer. I add it to my espresso to make a protein latte and it's like knocking out two birds with one stone. I don't need to add anything except ice to make the perfect drink. I don't always use the full bottle so the cap helps. I don't mind using the milk the next day, it still tastes fresh. It's on the thicker side but again I don't mind because it gets diluted with the espresso and ice.

It provides 33 gr of protein, which help keep me full longer, especially in the morning or after the gym. I also use it when I'm rushing to work and don't have time to breakfast. The chocolate flavor tastes natural, with nothing artificial or overly sweet. Which makes it easy to drink regularly. It's also low in sugar, which I prefer because it doesn't leave me feeling heavy. The packaging comes in a 15-pack box,which is practical to keep on hand. The cartons are made of cardboard and can be recycled. Clearly, it's my best option.

The flavor was a bit fake tasting. I've had better and I have had worse. I tried this on its own and poured over an espresso shot. The price isn't bad, but again I have had better.

Shake it real good and bottoms up, you do have to workout after because this will make you gain weight for sure. Package is easy to take in your bag to the gym anywhere honestly. I prefer mine cold, has a better taste in my opinion.
