This mattress is everything we were looking for. Right price, right type (hybrid), right firmness and great store experience at West Branch Furniture.

I love it, its firm but molds to your curves, with other brands my back was constantly hurting and since we bought Serta Harbor creek firm, oh its so perfect my body finally relaxes thank you Serta

My grandson said it is very comfortable to sleep on and slept later this morning than he has in a long time. Good for his tall and larger frame body.

My son is a cancer patient and he is having issues getting a mattress that he can get a good night sleep on and not have it break down.

Searched and tested various brands. This Serta Classic Harbor Creek Firm feels amazing. Great price.

My Dorian is so supportive! He caresses me is all the right places. It's difficult to leave him in the morning. All day I think about when I will return. My dreams are more vivid with my new Dorian Serta Classic!

It's only been a week so, but it's a far cry from other standard type mattress. Tried a hybrid and that was a no go. I'm pleased for my needs that this will be long standing a healer.

Feels firm in the center, but I feel like if I roll in my sleep, I'll fall off. Sitting on the edge is like trying not to slide off a hill. Otherwise I do sleep well once I get centered.

My husband loves a firm mattress as he is a stomach sleeper. This mattress is very firm and supportive. Personally, I'd like to add a 2” memory foam topper as it's almost too firm for me. But he loves it!

We just purchased this mattress (1/2026). It's lightweight but firm and comfortable. I'm giving it three out of five stars because we just purchased it.
