This seems to be another case of New Coke, only this time brought on by Lay’s with the classic beloved Sour Cream & Onion. Why change something that was already good to begin with? I stand with the so many stating in unison that the new flavor is worse than the old. Now With More Flavor = Now With More Disappointment. WE WANT THE OLD FLAVOR BACK.

I've loved sour cream & and onion chips for the longest time but this "more flavor" nearly makes me want to cry. The chips seem to have LESS flavor than before and can't help but remember the previous flavor with each bite. They taste old and depressing. Please revert back or give us the option to choose between the original or the "more flavor" bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite potato chip flavor is sour cream and onion and my favorite brand is Lay’s. I am on a low potassium diet, so when I splurge on potato chips, I need ones that have gone through processing that removes a lot of the potassium compared to a regular potato. These do have less potassium. It is still a dietary splurge, but it is one I feel I can enjoy occasionally.

I love these and actually almost thought about picking these up the other day. I used to eat these all the time shirk waiting for my daughter to get out of her dance classes. I would buy them from the vending machine as a quick snack.. they are really good and better then the original ones in my opinion. I high recommend you grab a bag.

This has been my favorite chips forever and just today I purchased a bag in the new flavor. It’s been ruined. It’s too salty and has a strange taste to it like it’s cheesy. If the old flavor is not back I will no longer be purchasing this in the future. Not sure why they decided to ruin a good thing. For anyone who is looking for an alternative until this is fixed (if at all), Whole Foods sour cream & onion chips is good.

The original sour cream and onion Lays chips has been my favorite sense childhood. The extra flavoring ruins the snack to the point i had throw out a new bag as i couldn't eat anymore after trying just one. I will sadly not be buying this product again..

I normally have to buy many bags of these. As they are always a crowd pleaser. Whether with salsa or nacho cheese or sour cream or just by themselves. Shhhh I even crush them up to use as coating for fried chicken... yes I did.. I've went there... super delicious and very versatile...

I normally eat the crap out of cool ranch Doritos but last night I grabbed a bag and took a bite out of it I found a piece of metal or something like cooked into a chip and it chipped my tooth! Now my tooth keeps jabbing my cheek but I can’t get into the dentist for another week!

There is no chip out there that tastes like these!! They have a wonderful, ranch, buttermilk flavor Love them so much we get them in between getting the nacho flavored ones. They are just so good and fun when you get them. Doritos has the crunch thing down!!

Ok so I know that the nacho cheese Doritos are the OG and loved by everyone, I'm telling you though, the cool ranch kind are highly underrated. I love it when I get a chip that is just coated in the fun red and green seasoning sprinkle things and nothing else in the world matters cause I have a piece of pure chip heaven in my mouth.
