I did have leftovers the next day, and the paste absorbed the sauce overnight to the point where it was quite dry. That was fixed by adding more sauce.

Its definitely a thicker type pasta so it needs a heartier sauce to cover the taste but its a good source of protein. The pasta by itself isn't great but I enjoyed it in my meal. The price isn't too bad either considering its higher in protein.
