[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up the Fusilli brand since I like pasta with fun shapes. I do like that wheat is still the primary ingredient and it's just fortified with the Lupini beans. I've had pasta made from only lentils or chickpeas before and was not a fan of the taste or texture. This tastes just like normal pasta. I did cook it a little longer than the box instructions suggested, as I prefer more floppy soft pasta over al dente, and it came out perfect. Personally, I'm not concerned about getting more protein in my diet, but if you are, this is a great choice. This pasta a tasted like regular, high carb pasta. I purchased the fusilli noodles and cooked mine for 10 minutes. They were perfectly al dente'. The recommended cook time was 10-12mins.

Overall it's great taste texture cooking time are just like a normal pasta. I have to admit the flavor is better than the average pasta though! I look forward to them going fully gluten-free!

So glad I tried this brand, it tasted exactly like a traditional noodle. Loved adding this bit of a protein boost to my regular Italian meal.

I love the added protein so I can enjoy pasta more often with zero guilt. I did feel a bit fuller than with my regular pasta, will definitely keep it in rotation.
