[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protein pasta is pretty good, but is doesn't contain as much protein as it seems. The front of the box shows 21g of protein, with "per 3.5oz serving" in very small font, but this pasta actually has 12g of protein per 2oz serving (the usual serving size listed on pasta boxes). In comparison, a lot of pasta brands offer 7g of protein per 2oz serving. The pasta's texture is good, and the taste is decent enough. It's interesting that they include Lupini Beans as an ingredient. I didn't absolutely love it, but I would buy it again for the additional protein boost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used some Brami noodles to make alfredo chicken and noodles. The noodles were more bland than whole wheat-based alternatives. The noodles themselves stayed firm when cooked and the texture was perfect!

I'm not particularily looking to increase my protein intake, but for those that are, this could be a good solution. While the raw pasta did taste slightly different from normal pasta, the difference became unnoticable once you added a sauce. Same sort of bite, same ability to be coated in sauce.

I love the added protein so I can enjoy pasta more often with zero guilt. I did feel a bit fuller than with my regular pasta, will definitely keep it in rotation.

I found that I had to cook them a little longer and there was a little bit of an after taste/texture with these. I do like that Brami provides a healthy pasta alternative so you can add protein to a meal.
