This was excellent pasta, I was really surprised and pleased. Tasted exactly like real pasta, held its shape, didn’t foam too much when boiling. I tried Banza brand and it was terrible. Go with Brami.

Amazing taste. Would never guess this is a high protein noodle. It has good bite. I like to mix 50/50 with standard Durum wheat pasta. Pasta sauces stick just as expected.
