its hard meeting my protein intake without powder so noodles with thus hugh if protein and great taste is amazing and id definitely order more . its filling and delicious

These are truly great. You need to cook them a bit longer to fully soften them but they end up with a lovely slightly nutty taste and, importantly, 33% less carbs, 100% more fiber and 30% more protein. For type 2 diabetics these become an option.

you have to cook it a little longer to get close to the texture of regular pasta but since im trying to increase my protein and reduce my carbs .this is a good alternative ( my husband didn't notice the difference) so win win.

I like to eat healthy and this pasta and the ingredients that make it are awesome!! The protein you get, and the fiber are amazing!! Add in Lupini Super beans, it gets a thumbs up and highly recommend from me!!

You know, after reading other reviews I was hesitant to purchase this. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised!! So glad I did!! The taste is perfect, and I have no idea what others were talking about with a weird gritty texture?? Not at all! I will say that I followed the coking directions closely and used a timer so that I didn't over cook it. So 10 minutes to al Dente. I have used this with my spaghetti sauce, in pasta salads, with Alfredo sauce and no one noticed any difference. This makes it easy to meet my protein goals and helps keep me feeling fuller longer. I hope Sam's will continue to carry this one and will get more types of pasta besides just the fusilli, because I would gladly buy it!!

You muat try this pasta! It's so good, you won't believe it! I purchased at Sam's and it's the rotini- I haven't tried any other pastas yet. I cannot have pasta in my house, because I cannot control myself around it, even on a GLP-1. This pasta is delicious and allows me to have pasta in my diet again, because I do not have a sugar and subsequent insulin spike. I'm not having seconds and thirds, because it's high in fiber and protein not sugar, thus no more cravings for more. I've made it with red sauce and meatballs, but also added it to my dense bean salad and my tuna salad. It's a game changer. Again, this is the rotini I'm speaking about. I can't assess any other types yet. Oh, it takes a little longer when boiling to cook.

Delicious easy to cook, love the taste and no strange flavor. Great source of protein.
