I was surprised that I acts liked these noodles. I’ve tried many different types of noodles over the years trying to find a high fiber recipe that I like and so far this one is the best. The taste is mild enough that you can’t tell it’s not all wheat and the texture is the also the same as a traditional noodle. After I looked up information about the lupini beans I have to admit I’m a little concerned about the alkaloids that are in them so I will definitely not eat a lot of them. I already try to limit how much pasta I eat so it’s not going to be a problem for me. I will definitely buy them again.

I would have given it a 5 star but Walmart did not post the most important picture of the box which states the Lupini Beans are very close to peanuts %26 almost killed my daughter who is allergic to peanuts. She had to be taken to emergency room for life threatening reaction. But overall the best tasting protein pasta I ever had. I purchase again but won’t give to my daughter

The texture and taste were about to same as regular pasta when cooked, at least I couldn't tell the difference. If you're trying to get more protein and fiber in every meal, this is a great choice.

I feel like a lot of times they overpower the sauce. I didn't think that too much with this one so out of my current choices for protein pasta it will be my new go to
