The fusili pasta was excellent and held up to the creamy sauce that I used for the dish. When cooked perfectly al dented, it has a satisfying crew to it. The higher protein content and lower carb are just added bonus!

Pasta is such an easy weeknight dinner, and the addition of extra protein in this brand is a huge bonus! It cooked perfectly with the instructions and had a nice firm texture.
