I used this pasta for goulash and it was great. It had good tooth feel and held sauce very well. I really like the idea of it being higher in protein Han other pastas. I do plan on buying other varieties.

This is a great pasta because it has so much more protein than normal pasta! I also felt less bloated after eating, so it's great for my digestive issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Italian Protein Pasta was awesome. Cooks like regular pasta except made from durum wheat. Has more protein and fiber than regular white pasta. My family did not notice the difference.

Semolina flour made this BRAMI pasta sound good even before I tried it. And as expected, it tasted better than other protein pastas I'd tried before. I also like that it stays firm and doesn't turn into a mess.

My kids loves pasta but I dont like to cook as much because protein content. I really enjoyed the taste and love that fact that its better than regular pasta!

I made a pasta dish for my family using these. I was worried because some lentil pastas taste mushy but not this one. The noodles are firm and taste great.
