Im suprised that I enjoyed this product. I expected it to be much thicker and grainer and chewer. It is slightly more chewer than a standard semolina pasta but still its good.

Great taste, texture and macros. This basically acts like a traditional pasta, yet it has more protein and less wheat. Probably the best high protein pasta I tried.
