I used this pasta with Alfredo sauce and I honestly couldn't tell the difference compared to other brands of fusilli. It is also a healthier alternative than regular pasta.

I previously was purchasing Banza noodles, but I like that these are wheat noodles but have such a high source of protein. Definitely going to start purchasing instead of banza
