I loved a lot of things about this pasta. That it was made in Italy, high protien, high in fiber, no gums or starches, and no modified wheat or protiens. These thing are very important to my family and I.

I enjoyed the fusilli as it tastes just like a regular wheat pasta and not powdery like the other pasta brands i tried in the past. It satisfied my pasta craving without the guilt.
