[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought pasta and sauce, decided to make it for dinner. Pasta is good, texture is good and there is not much difference from regular pasta but with less gluten and more protein.

There was a slight after taste but didn't really take away from the experience. Overall it was a great product and the prices wasn't too bad for what it was.

This pasta was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it as well as my kids - but they didn't know about the added protein and fiber. Holds sauce well and has a great al dente mouth feel.
